Food & Environmental Sensitivity Test

The test analyzes sensitivities to over 640 food items and 190 environmental triggers, providing a broad perspective of potential sources of discomfort. Food items tested include grains, fruits, vegetables, proteins, dairy, nuts, seafood, and preservatives. For those with dietary sensitivities, the test also evaluates additives like emulsifiers and sweeteners, helping you pinpoint hidden triggers in your meals.

The environmental sensitivity panel includes common irritants such as pollen, animal dander, grasses, fabrics, and cleaning agents. While sensitivities are not the same as allergies, they can significantly impact how you feel daily. By identifying both food and environmental sensitivities together, this test provides a holistic view of potential stressors, helping you make meaningful adjustments to your diet and lifestyle.

Pain-Free Collection: Simply cut or gently pull 10–15 strands of hair if it’s longer than 1 inch, or 20–25 strands if it’s shorter. No needles, saliva, or blood required!

For Dyed or Treated Hair: Hair dye or chemical treatments won’t affect your results, but ensure your hair is clean and free of visible product residues.

Use the Prepaid Label: Your kit includes a prepaid return label to make mailing easy. Be sure to seal your hair sample securely in the provided anti-static bag before placing it in the return envelope.

Keep Your Tracking Number: Save your tracking number from the prepaid label so you can monitor your sample’s progress. This is especially helpful in case of postal delays.

Delivery Timeline: On average, samples arrive at our processing center within 3–10 business days, depending on your location.

Once your sample is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the status updated to "Sample Received" in your portal or app.

Your results will provide a detailed report of sensitivities, categorized into levels based on severity. Items are color-coded to indicate the degree of sensitivity:

Level 3 (High Sensitivity): Likely to cause noticeable or strong symptoms.
Level 2 (Moderate Sensitivity): May cause mild or occasional symptoms.
Level 1 (Low Sensitivity): Minimal reactions or not noticable symptoms.

The results are accessible in PDF format, through the mobile app, or as a downloadable Excel spreadsheet for in-depth analysis. These insights help you craft an elimination plan, focusing first on removing Level 3 items for 6–8 weeks. Gradually reintroduce these items to observe how your body responds, enabling you to create a sustainable rotation and moderation plan.

It’s important to note that sensitivities can evolve over time due to factors like dietary habits, environmental changes, or stress levels. Retesting every 6–12 months ensures your health plan remains aligned with your body’s current needs.
