Pet Raw Food Upgrade (Previous hair sample required)

I love 5Strands and their customer service. However, for the amount of monies paid, I very much expected more items to have been tested. The items I expected to be tested are the exact items which one would be directed to include in foods which are prepared at home. Chia seeds, tumeric, all the omega oils, etc. For the price paid, I expected more. Additonally, I would expect that if 5Strands wants to keep a loyal customer base, that they would offer very good discounts to continue testing throughout the years.

I paid for the upgrade, sent the sample and have never received the report.

Great! I had assistance from customer service twice and they were very patient, polite, and professional. My dog had diarrhea off snd on 1.5 years then 8 weeks straight. He is a Big dog...... so I found out what he is allergic to and now he is feeling much better and me too!!

This test gave me results to adjust my dogs diet. Knowing what she had reaction to allowed me to chose what fruit and veggies to use in treats for my dog. It is very liberating to have this knowledge while improving her life as well as mine. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
