This policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered once placed through 5Strands®.

Order Fulfillment

• Orders are fulfilled Monday–Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.

• Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same business day.

• Orders placed after 2 PM EST ship the next business day.

• Orders placed over the weekend ship on the next business day.

Shipping & Tracking

• A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent once your order ships.

• Please refer to the tracking link for real-time status updates.

Carrier Responsibility

• Once shipped, 5Strands® is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery timeframes not upheld by the shipping provider.

• Shipping speed reflects the service selected at checkout and is fulfilled by the carrier.

International Orders

• International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes associated with their shipment.
